Basic requirements:

 Education: master degree or above

 Major: polymer materials, chemical engineering and technology and other relative majors

Qualification:

1、More than 2 years experiences of leading R&D on chemical materials projects independently.

2、Be familiar with the basic processes and requirements on R&D of chemical materials projects. 

3、Be able to independently design the experiment scheme and routes, commandand coordinate the teamwork.

4、Have certain experience on selecting, installing and regulating chemical device and experience of production test.

5、Be able to independently compile the relative technical documents.

Main responsibilities:

1、Design routes and schemes for the small-scale and pilot-scale experiments for company projects, and make experimental test.

2、Improve the process of existed products.

3、Offer technical support for customers.
