Piano black solution
Javachem® piano black series is suited for the base materials such as PP, PA, PBT, PC/ABS, makes the product surface
maintain a long-term, black and bright piano-black texture, improves appearance recognition of appliances, automotive
and household necessities, along with excellent scratch and mar resistance. It can be widely used in high-gloss spray-free
materials .
High-gloss spray-free materials such as PC/ABS, PMMA used for automotive and consumer electronic products：
● Reduced coefficient of friction of spray-free material, significantly
decreased surface scratches, no influence on rigidity
● Improved scratch and wear resistance in production, assemble, turnover process and daily use
● Lessened residual gum of protection film that used for high-gloss surface
● Maintain a long-term black and bright surface with the dossage of 2-3%
● Suitable for high-gloss spray-free grille, gear cover, trim strip, consumer electronic shell
PP cosmetic bottle caps：
● Improved scratch and abrasion resistance of new bottle cap caused
by production, assembly and turnover process
● Reduced scratches of bottle cap caused by opening and closing,
torsion and nail scratch in daily use
● Enhanced surface gloss and smoothness, improved stain resistance
● Maintain a long-term black and bright surface with the dossage of 2-3%
PA and PBT materials：
● Javachem®PA black masterbatch can be used for PA and PBT materials
● Organic dyestuff with high blackness, good compatibility with base materials such as PA, PBT
