PPSi® Super elastomer
PPSi®1100 series
Compared with conventional TPE materials, the new polysiloxane-modified TPE material improves scratch resistance, enhances the fluidity of materials and provides a soft touch.
Application
All the applications that conventional TPE material can be applied, especially for soft touch requirements, such as encapsulation.
PPSi®2100 series
Compared with conventional TPV elastomer materials, the new polysiloxane-modified TPV elastomer material improves scratch resistance, enhances the fluidity of materials and provides a soft touch. The mixed crosslinking of polysiloxane and rubber greatly enhances mechanical properties, heat resistance, resilience and flame retardancy of the materials.
Application
All the applications that conventional TPV material can be applied, especially for soft touch requirements, such as encapsulation, car buttons, handles, etc.
PPSi®3100 series
PPSi®3100 series of TPSiV material is a dynamically vulcanizated silicone elastomer. The scratch resistance of PPSi®3100 is more than ten times that of conventional elastomer materials. As a low-carbon and eco-friendly material, it exhibits good secondary processing performance and can be recycled. It does not contain any small molecule substances such as plasticizer, rubber, oil and solvent. It has no exudation risk in the process of using and has no stickiness, no discoloration, no dust in long-term use.
Application
Applications for high temperature resistance: new energy vehicles, building sealing systems, smart homes, sunshine fabrics, power tool encapsulation, etc.
PPSi®3300 series
The odorless food contact TPSiV elastomer material delivers a very silky surface and fulfills long-term skin contact. It has good dyeing performance and can be easily made into various bright colored products. It does not contain small molecule substances such as plasticizer, rubber oil, no risk of exudation. The finished product has no odor, good stain resistance, no sticking to fingerprints and dust.
Application
A wide range of applications including smart wearable VR/AR, cosmetic packaging, wearable massage wrap, wristwatch straps, daily necessities, smart homes, home appliances, mobile phone cases, etc.
PPSi®4100 series
The TPU elastomer material modified by copolymerized polysiloxane delivers a gloss and smooth surface. It has good mechanical properties, excellent tear resistance and good adhesion on ABS, PC alloys.
Application
Industrial products such as power tool cladding, automobile encapsulation, medical supplies and other areas to be developed.
