Javachem®series high-performance organic black masterbatch utilizes nigrosine—the darkest, bluest, and most transparent pigment among black dyes—as its colorant. Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and fiber processing, it is particularly effective in glass-fiber reinforced systems based on PA and PBT. It delivers excellent performance in hue, stability, and heat resistance, ensuring products maintain a long-lasting, glossy black finish. This enhances the overall performance of engineering plastics in appliances, automotive components, and other applications, effectively resolving surface fiber floatation issues in glass-fiber reinforced materials.
